Happen to come across this from a paper..




岳飞论马：
骥，不称其力，称其得也。
Meaning that:
一匹好的马，不能只看外表有没有力，而该看马的内在品德。
Even horse have to, let alone we, human.

首先，一个人求学，工作，创业等。。该不求形式外表，要重视内修德性。
第二，要踏实沉着。不要争斗心，一路上就想压倒别人。
其三，“受大而不苟取，力裕而不求逞”。要有大忍之心。

The Eagle story;



Once an old man pick up a small eagle, and took care of it.As it grew bigger, old man is afraid of it eating up the chicks. So he decide to set it free instead of killing it.In the forest, no matter how many times he let it go. Few days later it just came back home again. He finally understand, the Eagle misses the warm home where he grew up. Came a wise man who says that he will be able to set it free and it will never come back. He brought this eagle to the mountain cliff edge. With brute force he swing n threw the eagle straight down the cliff. Initially the eagle went down just like some huge stone falling. As it gets nearer and finally feets away from the ground, it finally flap its wings wide and flew up into the blue sky. The more it flaps and glides gracefully, the more it feels the freedom. Slowly and steadily it vanish from the old man's sight, into the blue sky, where he really belongs.
其实我们又何尝不像这只鹰一样，总对这现有的东西不放弃，对舒适的生活恋恋不舍，而忘了自己真正的森责任？

要有人生的转机，就必须懂得在关键时刻把自己带到人生的悬崖，低头看，那是悬崖，然而，抬头看，却是一片广阔的天空！
